Towards personalized dosimetry and outcome prediction in theranostics
The aim of this project is to enable the development of innovative methodologies for personalized precision radiopharmaceutical therapies of cancer. The concept combines advanced computational concepts in nuclear oncology with powerful multimodality imaging and deep learning algorithms to make a breakthrough in theranostics by solving challenging problems in personalized dosimetry. The goal of this project is to develop methodologies for quantitative analysis of radiotracer distributions with the aim to develop a theranostic dosimetry workflow based on patient-specific biology, molecular pathology and dosimetry and to evaluate the impact of clinical biomarkers and dosimetric parameters on the outcome of patients undergoing RPTs.
